Cannot recommend highly enough!
Our stay at Brook Lane was, sadly, only 1 night - would gladly return to this lovely hotel! The staff were gracious and helpful, even to providing us with tea by the fire in the sitting area rather than in our room. We had dinner in the attached restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful - lots of variety, and all exceptional. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable - all in all, a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Hotel in Kenmare
This was a perfect hotel for our family (one child). The room we stayed in was exceptionally large and spacious--something that wasn't true in other "family rooms" in other hotels. The entire hotel and our room was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Compliments to the staff who were both friendly and helpful. Our young daughter became ill and the breakfast staff were so accommodating. They helped prepare a breakfast tray that our daughter could eat in our room. Check-in and check-out were very easy and the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. This is a wonderful hotel for anyone staying in Kenmare and a great hotel if you are traveling with small children.

We enjoyed our stay very much. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Food of very good quality. Although tea and/or coffee could be ordered and delivered to the room, we would have liked to see tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Particularly for "on waking".

Excellent hotel - highly recommended Rooms were in great condition - spacious, clean and comfortable. Bar food (Caseys) and breakfast were really good - plenty of choice and tasty Really friendly and professional staff - everything just worked without a fuss!

Fabulous hotel in kenmare
Absolutely fantastic hotel , our first time staying in this hotel , could not find one fault with the hotel , food , service & staff was top notch , bedroom were as good as we have seen in all our travels . Highly recommend & definitely will be back ( can not praise it highly enough .

What a lovely find!
We were very pleasantly surprised at how well Una & staff took care of us during our stay. It is rare when visiting the country that the hotel ends up being such a wonderful and inviting experience. The daily breakfast was very good and something we looked forward to each day. We loved our room, our very comfy bed, the exhilarating shower, and the heated bathroom floors. Everything was spotlessly clean and well cared for. We highly recommend Brook Lane Hotel to home base out of for many excursions and they are very on point with all their recommendations.

The Brook Lane Hotel is conveniently located near the beginning of the Ring of Kerry road trip. The included breakfast begins at 8am and the dinner we had was nicely prepared. However, service in the dining room was a bit slow, mold was visible in the bathroom, and we could hear the person next door each time they went to the bathroom.

The Brook Lane Hotel is a wonderful, warm, welcoming, stylish boutique hotel with wonderful staff and proximity to the Kenmare city center and the Ring of Kerry. We arrived and were upgraded to a spacious suite. We were treated like family. The decor is art deco with a delightful twist. The information on local trails and activities and suggested tours on the Ring is extensive and helpful. The hotel's restaurant served some of the best, most delicious and tasty food on our trip. They have local entertainment in the restaurant every night. The whole stay was--as the Irish say, "grand." We recommend the Brook Lane whole heartedly.
