The home was lovely and just as pictured. This was a convenient stop over location for us during a backpacking and fishing trip and it was great to have comfortable beds, a washer/dryer and all the amenities to reset for the second leg of our camping vacation. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect Location

I love renting this property. Its our 2nd time staying here and we will be back! Its close to the fairgrounds and Resturants. Very clean and the beds are comfortable.

Great property about .5 miles from the center of town. Plenty of parking, great AC and a nice outside seating area. Host is very responsive and helpful.

Quick vacation to Kernville for a little fishing

The place was clean and well stocked. Very comfortable and newly updated. We had a question about the TV and Cari's response time was great and we got it figured out. She even left us some beer from the local brewery!! We would definitely stay there again. Linda

Adorable house in an adorable town!

This house was up to date, comfortable & beautiful. It worked perfect for our needs to explore the area. Loved this cute small town. Came to discover Remington Hotsprings but was pleasantly surprised to arrive to this lovely neighborhood & the most friendly people in the little shops & restaurants in town. What a beautiful area of CA! Property owner took care of all my needs & was efficient. My tiny dogs were thrilled to travel with me & we found it relaxing to be in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything I wanted to see.

Modern and clean space in Kernville!

We were so happy to find a clean and updated space in Kernville after coming here for over 30 years--this space has been thoughtfully finished, from comfortable beds and linens to a cozy couch and space for lounging. Attention was clearly paid to every detail, from the SUPER soft rug to the toiletries. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was sparkling clean. It felt more like being at a spa than a VRBO! Communication with the host was excellent and Cari was immediately available for any questions we had. It's an easy walk or drive to town but far enough away to feel like a retreat. Definitely hope to stay here again next time we're in town!

The renovation to Quail's Hollow is top of the line. All new appliances, all amenities provided and decor is very thought out and inviting. Parking can handle multiple cars. Our host (Cari) provided great communications, and instructions before and upon our arrival. Our family truly enjoyed the comfort of Quail's Hollow. We will be back. PS: upon our arrival we were provide with a nice selection of Beer from the local Kern River Brewery, nice touch. Thank you Cari Vince

Kernville

We arrived to the property at 6 pm, very easy check in with provided keyless entry code. The property is nice and clean, partially fenced in. Interior of the property is beautifully updated. Kernville was very hot and the interior of the house was 96 degrees. The house has a/c but thermostat was not set so it took a few hours to get the house cooled down to 80 degrees.

Great Stay in Kernville

The property is just lovely. The place was so well appointed, nothing was missing. All the appliances worked great, the back yard area was awesome. It was quiet and dark for sleeping. We loved it and if our futurte plans include the Kernville area we will be sure to try and stay again!
