It's very roomy and tidy. My boys shared a room and my girls shared a room. My girls each like their own bed, and there was more than enough room to add a twin air bed for one of them. The living room was comfy and we enjoyed some tv during our downtime. Kevin was ultra-responsive. It was a chilly week so we didn't go outside but there is a nice patio and back yard. It was not just that it was dirty it was corroded and rusty and peeling inside. We were given 4 towels when you could sleep six here. Little things like the kitchen sponge being filthy and ripped up with no replacements. We had to purchase sponges, toilet paper, paper towels, towels, shampoo and laundry items.
