Bäder könnten renoviert werden. Schöner großzügiger Garten mit windgeschützter Terrasse. Nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe und auch Supermarkt und Bäckerei in ca 3 km Entfernung.
