Just off the main road it felt close enough to local amenities but far enough away to feel like our own mini retreat. We easily accessed wineries in Sonoma and popped over to Napa Valley for a day. The backyard is so lovely. The host is kind and attentive. The restaurants nearby have great takeout and the neighborhood is perfect for walks. The weather was exceptionally hot (106 degrees) so we spent most of the time enjoying the beautiful pool. We also appreciated the air conditioning (!), the well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and the proximity to a few restaurants and small grocery store. The children enjoyed the pool toys, basketball hoop, toys and games. We look forward to coming again. ##### Shari M. Perfect location to wineries and walking distance to Kenwood village. Quiet house and great backyard. Grandsons enjoyed the pool and cornhole. We plan to return the same time next year. The house was super cozy/comfy, the yard was amazing! Lots of room to run and play. Fully fenced in yard was perfect for our doggie. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals. We stayed during the month of Feb so it was too cold to enjoy the pool but we are already planning our next trip during the warmer months to enjoy the pool.Great communication with Katie, she responded quickly to my question and the check in and out process was very easy and simple. House has excellent WiFi connectivity. I just cant say enough good things about this home. We are all looking forward to our next stay. Thank you Katie! ##### Rachel O. We had a group of 6 moms gathered for a big birthday celebration. House was great - super well-stocked kitchen. Coffee maker didn't work but there was an Nespresso that did. Communication and coordination was so easy, Katie was helpful and responsive. When we got there the property was easy to navigate, rooms were clean and well sized. The kitchen was terrific, and the space was luxurious for us all to do some workouts in the living room. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool due to cold and rain, however we’re already bookmarking this property for a summertime stay to enjoy it again. The house was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Every detail felt inviting and well cared for, and the outdoor space was simply amazing—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The pool and the hot tub were absolutely wonderful and much time was spent going between the two. The property far exceeded our expectations, and we genuinely wished we could have stayed longer! The owner was an absolute pleasure to work with—responsive, organized, and incredibly kind. She provided clear, helpful instructions for accessing the home and using its many features. Most notably, she was exceptionally gracious and compassionate when we contacted her about an unexpected medical issue that nearly derailed our trip. Her understanding and support meant so much to us.We can't recommend this property highly enough and hope to return in the future! ##### Tricia B. The owners were terrific. They were warm and welcoming with information and making sure you had what you needed for your trip. The house was a perfect location for the area. There was a market and restaurants in walking distance and wonderfully located for day trips. The amenities in the house were spot on. The floor plan was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor areas pool, fire pit, basketball hoop, hammock just made this trip extra fun and perfect for fun summer memories. The owners provided really helpful manuals for items in the house so you always had what you needed. They also shared wonderful suggestions for plays to go to be ensure you enjoyed your trip. You feel instantly comfortable in this house and we can’t wait to go back. Wonderful place. ##### Torrey C.
