We have plenty of room and even two empty bedrooms too early to use pool, but grounds had bocce and plenty of outdoor lounge space. Very well, equipped kitchen.Roughly 45 minute drive to our chosen wine tastings, which was easy to get to also in proximity to Armstrong redwoods. House was perfect for private chef,Aaron LeRoi, who used our facilities to cook an excellent meal. I would recommend for any large group and would stay again. We flew into SFO and rented a car. It was my 65th birthday and 19 of my close friends and family came to celebrate with me. Our stay was 4 nights from Sept. 6 through the 10th. The Estate had enough bedrooms for all of us to stay. The backyard is absolutely amazing with the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, seating areas, and the fire pit. It was our place to go after going to winieries and other activities during the day. Only about half of us had to share beds. We respected the quiet hours which was easy after winery tours and day drinking. Tyler did great with chef and private driver recommendations and was very responsive. The only down fall I’d say was the bathrooms were too small for our toiletries but we made due! The location proved to be exceptional: many great hiking trails nearby, a small grocery store and a few good restaurants within walking distance. With small children up early in the morning, we were grateful for the sitting room in the adjoining building for their exuberant play. We brought a group of women to Sonoma for a girls weekend of fitness and wine tasting. The house was perfect. The rooms and bathrooms were exactly like pictured and the common areas were really cozy and perfect for lounging around. Lots to do on the property, plenty of space to spread out. Bocce, fire pit and outdoor/porch seating was great for the large group. The house was well stocked with all the essentials for big groups, including cookware glasses silverware and plates. The bathrooms had great toiletries, way more than we expected and the beds were comfortable. We had a great time. The house is located to a couple of wine tasting rooms that we walked to including VJB and BWise. There is also a market and convenient store walking distance for essentials. It had everything we needed: beautiful surroundings, spacious house, swimming pool to cool down on a hot afternoon and a lovely porch to relax in the evening. Originally, there were supposed to be 22 of us (max capacity), but at the end only 19 came. While there may be enough sleeping places for 22, the dining room is not large enough for even 19\. We still had a wonderful time. We were aware of the noise ordinance and tried our best to be respectful; we had no problems. One other note: there may be a problem with hot water if several people take shower at the same time + running a dishwasher. ##### Anya R. My husband and I flew to stay here with 16 friends from all over the country to celebrate his 50th birthday. The house was clean with lots of great outdoor space and a stocked kitchen. Although I know mentioned below, I will say that one of the bedrooms in the suite off the house does not have its own bathroom - you have to go through someone else's bedroom to get to it. That wasn't ideal, but my group made it work and it was worth it! Also, the bathroom for the bedroom in the main house on the first floor does not have a sink in the bathroom itself (it's located outside of the bathroom), but again that was fine. Finally, Sonoma itself does have a lot of restrictions on noise, music, etc., but that all ended up working out fine too. All in all a fabulous trip at a beautiful house! ##### Sara W. We had a group of 11 women celebrating a milestone birthday for one of them, and we had a wonderful time. The only real downside was a couple of roosters next door who didn't abide by the Sonoma noise ordinance day or night! The kitchen, dining room, living room and front porch were good gathering places, and we made use of the pool and hot tub as well. Those of us who arrived at night had a bit of trouble finding the house. Look for the Casa Bella sign just past the gas station. We did wine tastings in Napa and Sonoma and there was a fair amount of driving involved, but there are some within a few minutes as well. Between the property and surrounding areas, there is plenty to do! If yo get a chance to go to the Jarvis winery in Napa, it is truly worth a visit for the gorgeous winery itself and the wine. The home was large, clean and conveniently located between Sonoma and Santa Rosa for a corporate event we have been planning. The only thing that was disappointing was the quiet hours. Having a group of clients who want to enjoy a wine country stay on the bocce ball court after a fun day of wine tasting and golf only to get a fairly rude text message from the property manager who was watching us through Ring Cameras about parking a car in the driveway (not allowed) was really a buzz kill. If you intend on going to bed early and not utilizing the bocce ball court, hot tub or fire pit after 10pm and not parking in the property’s sole driveway then this property is for you. ##### Philipp G. My extended family stayed here and had a lot of fun. Tons of space to hang out in, including pool, hot tub and patio made for a very pleasant space. We had 7 young adults that used the 4 bedroom attached section and the five upstairs bedrooms in the main house accommodated the rest of us well. The outdoor amenities were great, the pool very much enjoyed. The outdoor pool, fire pit and bacchi ball were fun... The kitchen was well stocked... the beds were comfortable. In walking distance is a wonderful coffee shop and lunch spot. Could not have hoped for more. 5-out-of-5.Two tips for travelers: (i) hanging wardrobe is limited in a few of the rooms; (ii) one of the beds upstairs is extraordinarily high so assign that room to a younger couple. ##### Lee + Steve B.
