"As always the bed was comfy, room clean, the evening gathering was fun, breakfast as well. The peoperty seemed a little run down, we has a section of wall in our room that the wall paper was coming off, nothing horrible just something we noticed."

"We had a wonderful stay at Cozy Miss. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and the home had all promised amenities. We traveled to Memphis daily and the trip was a short 20 minutes or less to most attractions. Also, there were many restaurant options nearby. If you need to walk you dog or just go for a walk, we found Latimer Lake park a clean and safe location."

"I didn't last an hour in this hotel. Initially, I didn't realize that they were not ADA compliant. I was given a room on the second floor and asked for an elevator and she said there wasn't one. I then asked for a room on the first floor, she said they were booked and didn't have any other rooms. It was late so I struggled up the stairs to the room. I sat my things down. The comforter on the bed had stains and still, I decided I'd just sleep in the other bed. I tried to turn on the television, it did not work at all. I then went to use the restroom and then there was an insect crawling across the floor. At that point, I gathered my things, struggled back downs the stairs and told the staff that I could not stay there. It was at that point that she offered me another room. I declined, but asked, how did she now have ac room when just moments ago, they were booked? They need an extermination and deep cleaning. I do not recommend staying here until they have upgraded there facility. "

"Absolutely disgusting room and was told they would move me to a different room with a king bed and a pull out couch and the bed in the couch wouldn’t even pull out and the lady staff member couldn’t even open it. Then they refused to give me a refund after I could. It even stay there. The man on staff in the morning was very unprofessional and rude. Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"Simple, no frills bed and shower. Bed is decent, towels are clean. Breakfast was probably the same quality as a local gas station, but without the extra stop. Was good enough for me to stay both ways while traveling through the area to a meeting states away."
