If you like a slightly updated 1970s (new flooring, heat pump, lighting) look with plywood cabinets, furniture, and kitchen accessories that look like a couple of trips to the local thrift shop, then you are going to LOVE this place. Even comes with king ( queen?) size sheets on a small double bed.If you are 5 or 6 people looking for a quick getaway or a weekend in the valley, then this is def the place - great value, if you don’t mind one bathroom and a kitchen with minimal & mismatched cooking utensils,pots & pans etc.. IF, however, you are into cooking while on holiday, well, this is probably not the place for you.Having said that, it is well located for walking down to the main street, there is a great TV, and the owners are very communicative (in a good way). We had a couple of issues that were dealt with as close to immediately as possible - a.I get it, setting up a good vacation rental costs money, but so is renting one for a week. Who knows, it may be a growth process; the kitchen may be modernized, and a visitors guide/information brochure about local “stuff” may be added in time.
