We had a great stay. The cottage has everything you might need, plenty of space and a perfect location. The upstairs deck makes it hard to get out of bed with a perfect view of the lake by day and stars by night.

We had such a good few days here. Waking up to the gorgeous views snd going to bed with all the stars!! It was cold and windy so we couldn't take full advantage of the patio but we hope to return in warmer weather.

Perfect Lake Ontario getaway

Great place to view the Lake and relax after business trips to Rochester. Cottage was large enough for work and play at the same time, so everyone was happy. Well stocked, everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Comfortable beds and furniture, space to spread out so everyone could relax. We looked at many properties in this area before setting on this cottage, we definitely made the right decision!

Right on the Lake

It was lovely waking up to Lake Ontario right out your back door. We saw a lot of boat activity and a lot of birds. Fishing must be great because we saw fish jumping every day. Only 1.5 hours from Niagra Falls and even closer to Rochester. We had a great time at the firepit and playing games provided with the house.

Lakefront Perfection

The cottage was wonderful. Spotless and as advertised and more. Nice patio right on the lake. With great views. Spotless clean. Well equipped. Owners were around, friendly, not intrusive. Formal locals, we were wanting to be close to family in Point Breeze and this cottage delivered. Good parking, sunny location, and close to local restaurants. Next time in town, we’d do it again. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic property

This is a nice place sitting right on the lake. Property was clean and well maintained, we didnt do any cooking but the kitchen had the basics. Full size W/D made it easy to come home without a stack of dirty laundry. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Off the beaten path and not a lot of people, which is our preference. an hour to Niagara Falls and an hour to Letchfield State Park, which is fantastic. We like the property so much, we booked it again next year.

Great Place!

We needed a last minute place for my mom’s funeral. So glad we stayed. Great location. Waking up in the morning and looking out at the lake right from the bed is amazing, plus you’re literally right in the water, so the crashing waves just lull you to sleep. The weather was cool but we still grilled and chilled and the fire pit was nice. We needed some stress relief and we got it😊Everything you possibly need is supplied. The home was spotless and very comfortable. We met the owners and they were very kind. We will definitely come back again in the fall to come up for the leaves. We live in Florida, so we don’t get the seasons, plus we love to fish and this cabin is right a short walk to the marina at Point Breeze. Thank you to the Sunshine’s!
