We stayed in a 2 bedroom Suite and have nothing but good things to say about the rooms. The resort is getting older so they are going to have to invest some of the profits back in to the facilities soon, it is showing its age. The check in process was great as it is all done electronically, there is a staff at the front desk during business hours if you do need something. We were disappointed with the 10:00 am checkout. There is definitely a lack of luggage racks.

Had to walk outside to get to pool. When you got there you didn’t know if there was room as it was limited to 17 ppl only. No robes provided automatically considering you had to walk out to get to pool and it’s cold. We did ask the front desk and got some though

Overall our stay was great, the unit needs a paint refresh and dusting was overlooked in the dinning and living room areas. Parking in the area is limited, and the underground parking was full beyond just the one limit of vehicle per unit which the front desk staff did not seem to have an issue with. We were visiting for our wedding and there was a large winter blizzard so not having access to underground parking was frustrating.

Our room was very large and had all that we needed in it. We did find a tooth brush under the foot stool when we moved it so that was a bit of shock, otherwise all was good. The bed was comfortable and clean. The elevators need a good vacuum the floor was a mess. This is our second time at this hotel ...
