Kensington Park West

Our stay was excellent! The space was as promised and very comfortable for a family of 5. We love the Public House that was on site and the beautiful neighbourhood! It was a wonderful overnight stay!

Excellent location with great amenities

This Fairmont was honestly the worst hotel experience I've ever had, and the worst property in the entire Fairmont chain by far. The building is old and poorly maintained, and the room had an unpleasant smell — especially the bathroom, which was completely unbearable. The worst part though was the false advertising. I booked based on the photos on their website, but the room I got looked nothing like what was shown online. When I asked the staff about it, they were extremely rude and casually admitted that the photos only show their "best room" — and that they only have one of those in the entire hotel. That kind of misleading marketing is completely unacceptable. I asked to be moved to a room that actually matched what was advertised, and the staff said they would check and get back to me — and never did. I know Fairmont properties can vary a lot by location, but this one was just terrible.
