My only main issue is that due to the longer term stay people there were many nights where quiet time after 10 pm was entirely not respected. This caused sleeping to be rough or hard to get a good night's sleep. As well, during our stay, the power went off for a couple of hours, and a fire alarm situation on one of our last couple of days. Otherwise, all of the staff from the hotel and the restaurants were wonderful, and that is why I kept the review a 4 because they all made the rest of the stay easy. I just wish the guests were more monitored during the quiet hours of the night. Room-wise, the beds were decent. I would say I did not love the pillows, but they are standard hotel pillows, so it is what it is. There was occasionally some Kleenex on the floor in the hallways or dirt tracked in from, I believe, the long-term stay people from their jobs. Anyway, overall it was good.

The beds are incredible. Safety is top notch. Staff always around 24/7. Felt very safe. However, the fridges are useless! They need to replace them with proper small fridges. You can hardly fit anything in them due to all the old affixed slots that you can’t remove. They also need full length mirrors.
