It was so nice that our host provided hangers, suitcase rack, packaged toothbrushes and shampoos. Very comfortable with the air conditioner and laid out very well. So many little amenities well thought out. Close to Toyota Center and restaurants also. Very pleasant stay.
We were in town for short term work
Quiet neighborhood, hosts were very gracious and communicative
Property was very clean and nicely appointed

It was a great place to stay at! Although we didn’t get to make the most of the place coz we’re out all day, it really gives me a comfy homeyyy vibes! I wish I could’ve enjoyed the patio but definitely coming back! The host was so accommodating and making sure the guests are comfortable!
We spent two nights. It was fine. Not fancy. Dated, but functional. Beds were good. The couch needs replacing at some point soon, IMHO. GIANT TV and Netflix worked when we were there, which was sweet. No pots and pans so if you plan to cook, bring your own.
Check in process was super easy and communication was top notch. Place was modest but they dont skimp on the amenities. Would definitely stay here again.
Stayed here for boat race weekend. Our main concern was good air conditioning as it was near 100. We stayed cool and comfortable. Great location for the races. May stay agan next year,
The property was clean, it was in a cul-du-sac with other 4-plexes around the drive. Quiet location, close in location to good food and easy access to other amenities like grocery store, gas, freeway access etc. The communications were excellent and the property manager was attentive to my requests.
Anthony was very prompt hen I communicated with him. He was very cordial too.The place was very clean and homey.It was nice of him to have the little packs that contained a toothbrush, tooth paste, and a comb. Also supplied shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion.Totally enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back gain in the future.
Check in and check iut very easy. Everything was provided! Wifi access,small little extras like creamer for coffee, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The location was close to everything I needed to go. Anthony responds very quickly.
Don't let the outside sistract you. Everything weathers in this highwind part of the state. Inside, treat yourself to an oasis of forethought. From amenities as listed to all the thoughtful extras, this VRBO has it all.

Nothing about this unit says vacation.Unit is in TERRIBLE physical condition.Most of the unit is filthy, filthy, filthy.VRBO should REMOVE THIS LISTING until the owner deep-cleans and refurbishes this unit. As soon as we saw the place we tried to find other accommodations, but VRBO was completely sold out that weekend. :(Thankfully the mattresses and bedding appeared new, as did the bath towels. The shower, toilet, bathroom sink, and refrigerator were clean. The TVs, kitchen table & bedroom furniture also appeared new. Everything else was disgusting, damaged, or both. Upon entry the unit reeked of deodorizer. Had to open all the windows and doors and then leave the unit for several hours - just to make it tolerable. Looking in the bathroom cupboard there were 3 spray bottles of "Pet Odor Fighter", 2 of which were empty.The dirty floors blacken your feet in minutes. Lots of pet hair. Stains on the couch. Brown stuff (!?) smeared above the toilet. Water damage in the bathroom and hallway. The kitchen was filthy, worn, and in disrepair.The lock on the back sliding door is completely broken, so you get the good ol' wooden stick in the door track.This unit is in a 4-plex, in an area of 30 identical 4-plex units.The owner/manager was helpful over the phone when we needed a correct door code to access the unit.Don't believe the other reviews. I wish I could attach even more pictures.Don't stay here.
Anthony was very accommodating when I called to request, if I could increase our party from 4 to 6. He called back under 10 minutes and was agreeable to increasing the party size for additional charge.
