"We stayed for 2 nights and were honestly disgusted. I had a room and my sister had her own. She found two acrylic nails, dog food pieces, trash, and a pill. She was moved rooms and found an orange peel on the floor, more dog food pieces, trash and her ice bucket was moldy. My room was fairly clean as we didn’t find anything from previous guests. The staff were always on their phones and never at the front desk. Constantly taking smoke breaks or sitting in the back laundry room area. Turns out they are friends with the manager on this property so nothing ever is done about it. Both mornings breakfast was very little offered and the first day everything was stale and we didn’t have hot breakfast items. This was due to the food truck not coming when they were supposed to according to staff. The two night staff gals were amazing and were absolutely appalled when we expressed our issues. We used the breakfast dining area for card games and to chat as we were there for an AIT graduation - the tv in there stopped working. We moved a few tables and underneath was leftover cereal, food crumbs and garbage. It wasn’t just a few it was handfuls. There was trash sitting on one of the tables and was there from 11am-3:30pm."

"This is a nice property with a very friendly, helpful staff. Room was very clean, very hot water for showers, good TV reception, selection of channels. Easy access with entry doors on all four sides. Breakfast was very good with hot foods(eggs, sausage, potatoes) muffins cookies, oatmeal, cereal waffle maker and bagels, breads etc. Too early for pool to be open. Easy access to restaurants and I44 and Route 66, but no overbearing highway noise."

"Put in wrong room. Room was dirty, smelled like a dog and had gnats. 2nd room. No hot water in shower, bath towel had a huge, frayed hole in the center. Also had gnats. Smoke detector had wires hanging with no cover Dog feces in the parking lot. Tried to get office help and no one responded to bell. There was no coffee or food offered as stated on the internet. If I had more space, I could say more :("

"The house was great and had everything we needed. We knew the water was low, because of spring, but managed to catch some giant catfish anyway! We would love to return when the water is at the regular level. "

"Kevin was a great host and answered messages quickly. The cabin was quiet and it was a comfortable stay even while having 5 teenage boys with me. It was a short walk to the trails at Ha Ha Tonka and the scenery was beautiful. "
