Savannah Suite

Welcome to Kim and Bill's Savannah suite in Kennesaw Georgia just north of Atlanta. We offer treetop living in the foothills of the north Georgia mountains. Come see what true southern hospitality is all about. The sleeping quarters includes a very comfortable double bed with television, featuring HBO. A private bathroom with shower is just steps away.

Guest Access

Our one bedroom with office space offers a private coded entrance separated from the rest of the house. Other amenities included are the ancient ruins of Pachu Mechu complete with sacrificial fire ring (wooden logs only please).

We respect our guests privacy but are available a phone call or text away.

Perfect stay for two!

Excellent property in a beautiful neighborhood. The perfect place for two nights for two! My mother and I drove all night from Oklahoma and Kim was so kind to allow early check in/out!

Business Trip

Had to come to the area for business. First time renting a room... It had everything I needed. Comfortable bed, Bath and a little office area. Nice neighborhood didn't feel worried about my truck parking at night. Quiet area just outside of everything you could need. Would stay again if I'm up this way.

Family gathering

This was my first time using Vrbo, and I was very pleased. This property does Vrbo good. The location was great - a very nice neighborhood, and it was easy to get to the locations I needed to get to. The property itself was perfect for my visit. It was clean and neat, and it was exactly as advertised on the Vrbo website. It made this trip a great one. If I am in the Atlanta area again in the future, I will try to stay at this property again.

Best Place Ever

This is our 4th year of renting this apt for 2 nights to visit friends and family on our way to FL. We love the quiet upscale neighborhood; the privacy, and cleanliness of the rooms, and the accommodating owners. We have never been disappointed.

Great Getaway

This little apartment was perfect for my visit to Kennesaw. This was my first time staying in a shared home, but the apartment was private and easy to access. The location was great for me because my children live only a few streets over, so the drive to visit was very quick and easy. Everything was exactly as expected and I hope to stay again on my next visit.

Comfortable apartment

I was in town with my 13 year old son for a basketball tournament. The garage apartment was small but just what we needed to return back to for a good night's sleep after a day of ball.

Comfortable and Clean stay in a beautiful neighborhood!!!

My stay at Kim’s beautiful house was absolutely perfect! She went over and beyond to make sure things were ready for me even at a last minute notice. I felt very comfortable and safe in her home. Everything was clean and the neighborhood with rolling hills and beautiful homes is absolutely stunning! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property

Bill & Kim have created a wonderful apartment in their beautiful home. It is quiet and private with outside access. Their property is beautiful. Kim was very gracious to us making sure all our needs were met. This was our third visit and we highly recommend it.

This was the first time I rented VRBO. I was a bit nervous at first. But after talking to Kim, I felt much better. The pictures are spot on. I was pleasantly surprised on how comfortable the space was and what seemed to be a very nice neighborhood. It is perfect for one or two. It is definitely better than a hotel. I would definitely go back when the opportunity comes around again.

Small but cute and very well kept.

While small, it was still roomy enough for 2. We had all the things we needed, and easy access to our rented space. Kim was so quick to respond and took great care of us, and our requests. I requested an extra day 2x and she immediately helped me out. Great little area, I was very impressed with the stay.

Beautiful and Peaceful Getaway

I really enjoyed my time at Kim and Bill's. They made it very easy for me to come and go as I pleased, which was especially helpful since I was out a little more than I originally intended to be. I didn't see them, but they were literally just a call or text away if I had any questions. If you like/need the extra privacy, this is a great place for you! I didn't get to enjoy the patio (No fault of theirs; I was just a little too busy.), but the view of the trees from the bedroom window was beautiful, not to mention the nature trail. The decor was nice and the bed was SOOO comfortable!! The perfect ending to my nights at Kim and Bill's was lying on the softest bed ever, with the blinds open to see the trees, while watching black and white movies on TCM. If you're like me and look forward to trying new restaurants when you're away from home, not having kitchen access won't be a problem. And there are plenty of places in Woodstock and Kennesaw to choose from, even more if you're willing to drive to Atlanta (Note that rush hour starts BEFORE 4, if you're going to Atlanta). It was very quiet, in the room and driving through the neighborhood. For someone who generally travels alone, safety is always my top concern, and I felt very safe in the area and in their home. It's not right in the middle of the busyness of the city or directly off of a main road. If you see anyone in passing, it's really just going to be people who live in the neighborhood (no thru traffic). Also, if you have time while you're in the area, I would suggest making the short drive over to Olde Rope Mill Park in Woodstock! But if you want to actually take the trail, you may want to bicycle instead of walk.. It's pretty long (like this review).
