Timing could be earlier, especially for those who want to get an early start on exploring the ring of Kerry. Shower is a little cramped. Plenty of storage for items. Hair dryer was provided with attachments, as well as a hair straightener which is uncommon."

"The Hotels is in beautiful location overlooking the lakes and mountains.As you enter the hotel you are met by the most helpful reception staff and the decor of the hotel is incredible. The comfort and quality of the accomodation was more than perfect. Restaurants and bars over look the views and encourages you to switch off and relax. The pool and sauna overlooks the scenery also. Overall the hotels and surroundings are spotlessly clean and tidy all of the time. Staff are extremely helpful,chatty and efficient. I left a flat cap in the hotel which the hotel posted back to me extremely promptly. Everything about our 4 night stay was pure perfection."

"The room was very comfortable and clean. Our only critique is that the towels were a bit skimpy and there was no face-cloth, despite only supplying liquid soap. The lobby provides plenty of space for gathering and the location is excellent. Ample parking for those arriving with a car. "
