Relax in our comfy Livingroom with large tv and beautiful views over the countryside. Large fully equipped kitchen diner with all the little extras ie; slow cooker. oil salt/pepper etc. The property has 3 bedrooms which consists of 1double, 1twin and 1single bed and extra trundle bed for a child. 1 family bathroom and a downstairs walk in shower bathroom. centrally heated throughout. The Cottages are a short drive from the centre of Kendal and its amenities, which is one of the Lake Districts most popular market towns. In addition to a wide variety of shops and supermarkets there are many cosy tearooms, cafes restaurants and pubs. Take a walk by the river or to the castle, visit the museums, art gallery and the Brewery Arts centre. Explore Windermere only 20 mins away. (One of our party is a nurse and said the measures are better than in a hospital!) Robert & Lesley were lovely. Available if needed, but everything was so well detailed it was unnecessary. Fully equipped including everything you need to cook meals, and a lively terrace at the rear for BBQing. Lesley is a great host, very friendly and welcoming. We were celebrating a 30th birthday and although we planned on doing some long walks round the lake district, the weather wasn't ideal so we ended up spending a lot of time at the property, which we were more than happy to do as it was so nice.
