Generally, staff was courteous except those working at the Capachino station. Hats off to the staff/ chef at the Jerk hut by the pool. The food is always hot and nice and staff is awesome.

The room, surrounding, beach and pool where well-kept and maintained. However there isn't much to do outside the compound as it is away from local shops and downtown. Generally friendly staff, although I did had a distasteful phone interaction with one receptionist while reporting an incident in our room, but after insisting that it has to be dealt with, management stepped in and rectified it. Overall My wife and I had a good and relaxing stay.

We stayed in the Royal at Atlantis. Room was very clean and relatively updated.
The aqua park is so much fun (even as adults) and pools amazing.
We used the newly renovated spa. Still had some things needed to be done. Would have liked if the spa had their own pool for spa guests to enjoy as well as a hottub area especially for the cost.
Loved our stay but pricey
