Good nights sleep
This was a great place for us to just get a good nights sleep. Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Too much disturbance.
Check in was poor, had to wait in the car until 4.30 pm as room wasn't ready. Room was ok for a budget hotel. Hotel is quite noisy, lots of loud banging doors. Wouldn't have been too worried about all of this, but it got really irritating when a film crew moved into the hotel (no idea what type of film ?). The film crew knocked on my door & told me i must keep the volume on my TV down (it was already low) and not to make any noise.They parked 3 cars in for 3 hours with their truck and informed us that they had permission to do this. The owner then knocked on the door & told us we had to move our cars over the road to make space for them. So many of them were walking up & down the coridoors continually banging doors. Was glad to leave!!

. . . is a good hotel in Oulu close to the airport. Taxi service to/from airport is a bit over 25 euros. Rooms are simple, clean and reasonably priced. Staff is proficient and helpful. Located in a quiet setting away from traffic. There is a cafe next door that serves good meals; breakfast starting at 6:00. This hotel met all my needs and I recommend it.

Decent place for a quick sleep before flight.
Just needed a 6 hour sleep before heading to the airport and this place did just fine. Bathroom and shower are in the hallway, seems they are kept fairly clean, but overall the place is bit run down. Rooms are small, and people in next room had dogs that barked at every sound. Friendly helpful staff though and the price is unbeatable for Oulu. Taxi to airport was €25

you get what you pay..
We reached very late so did not deal much with reception. Other resident living in front of reception did behave odd and wen inside soon as he saw me. Toilet was in sharing between male and female using by one at a time so it was bit inconvenient. My wife was in toilet somebody from outside was knocking the door is not something anybody would expect to see in the morning. Bathroom has the same story. Twin bed is really not comfortable.

Nopea yöpyminen
Matkan varrella yöpyminen mihin ihan ok ja edullinen. Seinät ohuet ja naapurien äänet kuuluu läpi. Hinta edullinen ja toimii kun tarkoitus käydä vain nukkumassa. Mikro ja kahvinkeitin huoneessa plussaa, jaettu WC ja suihku miinusta.

Mainoskuvat ovat virheelliset ja antavat väärän kuvan koko paikasta. Muuten oli ihan ok, mutta huoneiden ja varsinkin wc -ja suihkutilojen kunto oli ala-arvoinen.

Onhan tuo vanha, mutta uusi omistaja pikkuhiljaa tekee pikku remonttia, joten eiköhän se siitä. Kohtuuhintainen ja sopivasti matkan varrella sekä pohjoiseen mennessä että tullessa.

Vanhan ajan matkustajakodin tunnelmaa. Ennen saapumista käskettiin maksaa nettipankissa, luottokortit eivät enää käyneet vaikka varaus oli tehty ja vahvistettu Hotels.com kautta. Äänieritys heikkoa ja remontteja ei enää viime aikoina ole tehty. Aamiaista tai ruokaa sai vieressä olevalta huoltoasemalta. Ilmeisesti alue on kaavoitettu pienteollisuuskäyttöön ja Moottorimaja kohta purettanee kehityksen tieltä?

It was quite cheap, but still not worth the money. Very worn down, especially the shower, which was covered in mould. The toilet was also in need of a fix up. The towel consisted of two smaller towels sown together. The tv in the room was literally the smallest I have seen since the 80's... Very friendly reception, though.

Käytävillä tosi tunkkainen haju, homeen haju. Huoneissa kuitenkaan ei haissut. Puhtaat valkoiset petivaatteet, siitä iso plussa. Vanhassa televiossa eivät kanavat näkyneet. Wc:n ei isompi ihminen mahtuisi. Lisämaksusta hyvä aamupala naapurin huoltamolla. Kyllä tuolla yhden yön nukkui muttei muuta.

Hyvä välietappi yöpyä matkalla Lappiin
Erittäin rauhallinen yöpymispaikka. Hyvä aamupala vieressä olevassa huoltoaseman baarissa. Aamupalan oli valmistanut ja kattanut ensimmäistä kertaa aamuvuorossa oleva nuorimies. Kiittelimme häntä hyvästä suoriutumisesta.

Sijainti OK, motelli purkukunnossa. Huoneessa sisäilmaongelma, hometta. Suihku kelvoton. Äänieristys olematon. Huoneessa oli kahvinkeitin, jääkaappi ja mikroaasltouuni, eri kuitenkaan mitään astioita eikä tarvikkeita. Ei koskaan enää, kaikki vaatteet pesuun homeen hajuisena.

Huoneessa oli jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni ja kahvinkeitin, mikä oli mukava yllätys. Yläkerrasta ja viereisistä tiloista kuului puhe ja muut äänet kovin selvästi. Huone oli vaatimaton, mutta siisti, sen sijaan kylpyhuone pieni ja kärsineen näköinen. Hinta oli kyllä edullinen.

Varo vihaista villakoiraa
Varasimme saunan yhdeksäksi. Saunaan mennessä oli kiuas lämmin mutta sammui saman tien, joten löylyä sieltä ai saanut. Kysytttäessä asiasta saimme vastauksen, ettei meillä yöllä saunota, vaikka varaus oli 21-22, ja varaus oli tehty saman ihmisen kanssa samana päivänä. Varausta tehdessä aikataulu oli ok ja sanoi vielä ettei mitään kiirettä. Oli kallis "saunareissu" msksoi 7€/ hlö. Vaikka hinta on halpa, pitäisi des perus siisteys olla. Villakoira kennel oli uskomaton, ja vähän epäilen vaihdetaanko lakanoita joka kerta kun asiakas vaihtuu. Palovaroitin oli koristeena sillä patteria siellä ei ollut, eikä sitä muöskään tuotu kolmen vuorokauden aikana. Missään tapauksessa en suosittele ihmisille jotka ovat allergisia pöydälle tai homeelle. Jos pystyt nukkumaan puiston penkillä niin tämä paikka on juuri sinulle tarkoitettu.
