"The staff was amazing and ready to assist. check-in/out was questionable front desk does not engage with customers. food was good, not a lot of options but has quality. rooms were renovated and spacious. based on what we paid i would say 8.2/10."

"Room service , HK very bad, nobody attended the room, we calĺed them several time. We requested cheese sandwiches at 10pm, they don't have, they have only burger. We requested 2 teas, they brought to small cups, reached cold, they didn't use tea kettle or thermostat. No napkins at the room."
