The property taxes as convenient location, especially near the tram line.
The room was not very clean, rubbish from past guests in main room and hand prints all over table.
Breakfast was average. Staff at breakfast friendly and helpful.
Expensive room and not worth it. Given the construction, they should have offered lower prices.
