It is centrally located and literally 5 minutes from anywhere including Orchard Park Mall, movie theatre, great restaurants, pubs, golf courses, hiking trails and more. The space has a separate living area and kitchenette that is equipped with a microwave, hot plate, refrigerator , bar fridge, coffee pot, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery and, of course, wine glasses. High speed wifi, optic TV and Netflix are included. There is a single cot available if needed. Additional adults (more than 2) who are approved by host before arrival will be expected to pay $40 per night. Families with young children or babies will not be expected to pay this fee. A high chair, PAC & Play, toys and baby bath are available for the baby. Locked storage is available for bikes, skis or golf clubs. Big White ski hill is a short 50 minute drive from the property. Welcomed us when we came in. The suite is perfect, especially with 30 degrees outside, nice and cool to come home too. Access is thru a garage into the basement suite...super secure and private. We brought lots of snacks, so the fridge was great,.. complimentary coffee, was awesome to start the day! The king bed was super comfy, with a nice big dresser to unpack and feel like home. The bathroom had great lighting, and the shower was cool, with a walk in edge so no climbing over a tub to get in! WIFI is screaming fast. Katherine had a few visitor notes posted so we knew the rules...and she has a nice little snacky basket, to munch on with a movie. We would stay here again in a heart beat!
