Thank you for your feedback Susan. Kelowna has hit a recent growth spurt, we have a great relationship with our construction neighbours and we've been working together to mitigate noise. By the next time you return to Kelowna it should be complete.

Even thou we didn't use but it had a pool for the warmer days or activity for children. Very friendly & clean & awesome that we were able to bring our dogs, couple areas for dogs to do their business. Price was a bit expensive using 3rd party booking, wasn't able to use any discounts offered because of 3rd party booking, next time I will call property directly.

I booked a room for my daughter, and she wanted to extend her stay…when she inquired at the front desk, the receptionist lied to her and said her room was already booked, and no rooms available… I went onto Expedia and easily booked the exact room w kitchenette for her… my upset daughter talked to the receptionist and she was still not allowed to continue her stay, claiming she had “abused” the receptionist for telling her the truth.. I am contacting the ownership about this situation..

Front desk receptionist was rude and actually lied to my daughter about the ability to extend her stay, saying no rooms available… and I was able to rebook it on Expedia for the exact room. Management handled it very poorly and I will be addressing them separately. Worst experience I’ve ever encountered dealing with a hotel

I loved all your unique signs like "Flight Simulator" on the elevator door & ducks, made me smile. The property is a little worn but well kept, the reason I'm not giving full 5 stars is both the sink tap & shower tap were EXTREMELY hard to turn on, the shower in particular I thought I was going to pull the handle off the wall trying to turn the water on. I did try to contact the front desk twice about it but there was no answer.

The room was clean and the location was good, but the toilet didn’t flush properly and was leaking from the tank. Unfortunately, the bed was so extremely uncomfortable that I had a hard time sleeping and when I did fall asleep, I woke up with severe back pain. It is a very noisy property. Between the numerous staff conversations that took place directly outside my door which sounded like they were standing right beside me, to the housekeeping cart that went by my door 6 times in an hour that sounded like a thunderstorm each time, there was very little peace and relaxation to be had. Would not stay here again.

This was a great stop for my daughters and I overnight. There were lots of dining options within walking distance, the room was nice, and the staff very friendly.

The staff was super friendly and the property was very clean. They had great complimentary coffee and tea. Lots of eating and strip malls nearby. Downtown is a 20 min walk. The only downside is as a woman you do have to be mindful when commuting in the area at night time. I would stick to the main street where there are lights and cars.
