"We checked in late 11:00 pm and the gentleman was so very nice. Our room was spotless and very clean and the wayer was hot!! After a long day of driving this was heavenly. Definitely will stay at this property again!!!"

"Room 135 looked renovated, but the electrical outlets are in poor condition. It was difficult to find a suitable outlet to plug our electronic devices into without them falling out of the socket. The only outlet socket replaced is in the very small sink area. We reported that the toilet did not flush properly. They provided us with a toilet plunger. And when we requested maintenance, it still did not flush properly. The staff seemed ambivalent to our request, and when we reported the issue at checkout, they didn't seem to care. The breakfast area has very little seating, so we forfeited our free breakfast and ate at Cafe Sophia two mornings. Socorro didn't appear to have many sleeping accommodations, if you look elsewhere. It had at least ten Tesla charging stations Best Western Corporate needs to evaluate this property. The electrical outlets in the rooms may be dangerous because they are so old. "

"The host was helpful to let us drop off things early as I misread check in time. The place is large and lots of space. They have a cockroach problem in the area, and made stay difficult with them all over dead and alive to make sure my toddler didn’t eat them. Overall nice house, but just be aware of that issue with small children and pets as the smell of bug spray was pretty evident all around the inside of the house. "

"This is a great, clean place to stay for cheap. Hot shower, AC works, coffee maker in room, soft bed. A little run down but not bad for the price."

"Great view of mountains and a pasture with horses! Loved being on the top floor and was able to open the window. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were prompt and friendly."
