I met Christian and Angela, nicest couple; hard-working, design and building dream team. I got a tour of the place and let me tell you, I love it. She has got an eye that is just spot on perfection; Joanna Gaines watch out! A little on the area; safe, entertainment, stores, restaurants; literally, close by everything but private at the same time. Huge shout out to the green kayak the wholly beans, best coffee, food, and best atmosphere and camaraderie, what a great neighborhood."

"Due to flooding in the area, Ed offered us a unit in Cincinnati. It was lovely, as I would assume the New Richmond unit was. Communication was great. "

"We chose this property because of it's proximity to the Ark Experience & Creation museum along with the pool table for our teens and large enough for a party of 10 and our family dog. The well stocked kitchen has a huge dining table that fit us all. They have a nice deck off the back where I could sit while the dog explored the hillside. There was a movable fire pit but we did not use it because of rain. The property is fairly private and the surrounding area is very pretty. One thing to note is the downstairs bedroom is open to the hallway but if you are a family with small kids this could be perfect.with the adjoining bunk room. While there are plenty of suppies such as toilet paper, hand soap ect. and you will not need to bring even an extra blanket, there is no washer or dryer. We would definitely choose this place over again. The decor is super cute and it is a comfortable place to relax upstair or downstairs. It is also fairly close to Cincinnati so we did a day at the Market and there is a free Art museum we all want more time at. The city was really nice with so many murals and shops. This property is managed by Evolve so we were in direct contact with the manager instead of messaging through the VRBO app. She was very responsive once I realized she was my contact for all our needs instead of just housekeeping.It was very clean!a great fit with the kids bedroom riga "

"Overall the property was very good, clean and comfortable. The rear step entry needs more lighting at night, the sensor light by the door was not working. To be safer for older visitors, grab bars for toilet and shower would be very good. Good instructions for operating the TV would be helpful. All that could be accessed was Roku, which not provide any local channels. 5 controllers, but only one worked. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again if the opportunity arises. It was a good value for the price."
