We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed our time here. Check in was quick, easy and the staff was friendly. We reserved a 2 Bedroom suite, it was very clean and roomy and the 2 bathrooms and full kitchen were very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

1st you offer no military discount being in a military town! We were here for a funeral and we had lost 2 of our family members you offered nothing, 2nd too many people, when arriving I was told they did not have my room and tried to put in something smaller when there 4 of us! Which I had reserved over a month ago! 3rd the rooms need a makeover carpet not good chairs falling apart only one luggage rack not enough trash cans didn't refill the coffee or tea after the first day! The refrigerator is out of date froze the food we had in there! 4th running out of food at breakfast hard to find seating buffet food was cold everything was running out short staff on weekends should be more than one cook, more handicap parking the parking sucked and I was never told there was an extra charge for parking! We will never come there again! I paid a lot of money to stay there where I had many choices but I have stayed at a embassy suite before and was very disappointed with your hotel I was so looking forward to staying there from my past experiences with embassy suite! But not any more! So disappointed!!!
