This resort is listed as newly renovated in the guest rooms but that’s a lie. The resort is holding on to dear life. It’s very outdated and the videos and pictures they have must be super old. So misleading. I felt that we got scammed and deserve our money back.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the staff here; they were incredibly helpful, polite, and made our check-in process quick and seamless. This was a lifesaver because our flight was delayed and we arrived very late. Because of the delay, we kept missing the activity office hours to get our wristbands, but the staff was super accommodating. Unfortunately, the room conditions did not match the excellent service. My son’s unit had bugs in it, and the bathrooms were in desperate need of a heavy, deep cleaning. The staff deserves 5 stars, but management really needs to step up the housekeeping and pest control.
