These are privately owned studio condos they rent out. They have a pool and hot tub. The Desk is staffed limited hours. Our room had a small fridge, microwave, AC and a nice size tv. Very walkable. Only a block from water. Lots of Restaurants within 10-15 minute walk. Very affordable.

Paid extra to upgrade our room to oceanfront. It was an amazing view! The sunset view was awesome and the sound of the waves from the ocean was so relaxing. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only thing missing was a microwave! The resort is walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again. The housekeeping staff were super friendly... although the front desk girl could have been friendlier. She needed to smile more. The restaurant staff were super friendly as well.
