"Excellent location. Room was different than expected with pictures shown. They are a mix of rooms. Once I figured out some things, all was amazing. Quiet. Safe. Comfortable.Great location for exploring the island. Walkable small beaches. Received a lot of different emails about the property and checking in. It made it confusing but figured it out. Its kind of like staying in a friend's guest room. Never really saw anyone."

"The entrance to this property is up a block, but you can walk on a path through the entire property and wind up on the main drag directly across the street from the ocean. The location is excellent. It was two blocks from the ABC store. Amenities all worked fine. If they wanna upgrade things a little, I would suggest more outlets so we could charge our devices more conveniently. Loved the terrace overlooking the pool overall this is a great place to relax between excursions"

"Nice place to stay on the Kona Coast, unit was clean and it was nice having a washer/dryer in the unit. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. The view from the Lanai was awesome. The only thing lacking was a sunset view, but it could be better in the winter months I would guess. Not much close by as easily walkable, as it is about a 5-minute drive to Kona area. Great place to base yourself for your stay, but rent a car, you will need it for sure. I put 575 miles on my rental car in a week. Be warned that it takes quite a while to get to most places outside Kona, as most of the island is 35 mph to 45 mph zones. Cheers & Aloha ..."

"This is a nice property that is located near the Kona town center where you can enjoy shopping and activities. My only complaint is that they did not fully disclose that the property does not have air-conditioning, nor do they provide basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Overall, I might stay here again, but I would exhaust other options first."
