The breakfast was excellent, and the staff very friendly. The bedroom was spacious. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and had the basic amenities I needed for my stay. The bed was large and comfortable. The location was convenient, with great views. The property felt safe and well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent. Some areas could be improved, such as noise levels between rooms and the temperature of the water in the showers. We are group of 3 people so on the check in time my extra bed was not yet added , the reception informed me that the house keeper will add later but it took an hours and I have to remind the reception again. When the housekeeper later came to my room , she was bit rude to set up the extra bed with bad manner speaking the local language which I don’t understand but knew from the body language and facial expression . The 2 pool staffs also not welcome as well.
