The staff was courteous and very helpful. The vast main space off the lobby and eating areas have outstanding views of Mt. Kazbegi. As well as lovely and luxurious array of seating areas to enjoy that view, a drink, or read a book. The rooms feel just a dated but very comfortable. We had the forest view and really loved it. We rarely spend time in the hotel sitting areas, but this hotel was an exception with their indoor and outdoor areas both beautiful and comfortable.
