The service level has dropped alot. Pillows very uncomfortable. Knowledge of English is very bad. Staff look like newbies with very little experience. Restaurant is good and well priced. Curtains dont close properly. Could be alot better if management took more interest

I understand of course that this is not a 5 star hotel but there were many things which could have been better without costing extra on the Hotel's budget. In a city where the tap water is not consumable, there was no bottled water available in the room, when the reception was asked if they could send some, answer was that we could buy it at the bar. The room was cold but the airconditioning did not budge to help ! , The rooms were being cleaned ( without changing the bed sheets in 4 days of stay ) late in the afternoon. I had a smoking room but no ventilation in it, so on bitter cold and rainy days, windows had to be left open to air this tiny room. Any extra services such as breakfast, drinks bought at the bar, ironing etc. had to be paido the room. Bed in this tiny room was surrounded with this very sharp edged wooden frame , which resulted bumping in to it, I still have a sore leg. Breakfast was very poor , tasteless and cold ( for hot foods ). OVERALL, I CAN NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE !!

Helpful staff - Good location
We found the staff at the Ibis most helpful in arranging taxis, writing notes in the local language and offering advice about how to get to places. The location is just around the corner from Kazan's main drag - a lively street full of street performers, stalls and restaurants.

Great european-style hotel close to Bauman Street
The staff are very polite and did their very best to help me even before I arrived (visa problems). The location is very good for the price - close to the Bauman Street pedestrian area and about 10 minutes' walk to Tatarstan Road. The view of the river was not particularly impressive. Bed was comfortable. Shower worked well and water pressure was good. Cleaning staff do not speak English, but everybody else in the hotel speaks very good English.

Affordable Quality in Kazan's Center
Russia can be a rough place at times. Ibis Kazan Centre was an oasis of comfort. The staff was kind, the room was clean and the towels weren't scratchy!. It is a 5-10 min walk to a big mall (with a bus stop) and less than that to Bowman street. It is about a 15 min walk to the Kremlin.

Kazan Ibis hotel is a great bargain
For the price the hotel is worth the money. The hotel was very clean, safe, and the staff very accommodating. We would stay again if we travel to Kazan. Many sites within walking distance and plenty of shopping only a few blocks away.

Good place to crash for an overnight in Kazan
Clean, inviting lobby. Staff spoke good English. Room had a/c and seemed to be a non-smoking room (I'm quite sensitive to that smell). Room was small for two people plus big luggage, and almost impossible for the three of us, but this seems to be par for the course in Russia, so I can't fault the Ibis for that. Breakfast was fair (again, by U.S. standards) but they started clearing away the good stuff 15 minutes earlier than official closing time.

Не лучший отель
Парковка платная, но и мест на ней не оказалось. Пришлось парковаться в соседнем квартале. Очень неудобно. В санузле довольно шумно работает вытяжка, которая выключается автоматически в 10 часов вечера. Уснуть раньше может быть проблематично. Да и подушки неудобные, очень мягкие. Сильная слышимость в номерах. В номере и в целом в отеле чисто, завтрак неплохой, расположение удобное. Но в следующий раз поищу другой вариант.

В целом доволен. Очень удобное расположение, сервис и завтрак на уровне. Что не понравилось: синтетическое постельное белье. Воду поставили только в первый день проживания.

Могло быть и лучше
Самое лучшее,это месторасположение.В двух кварталах от Баумана. Минусы: -Очень жесткие матрасы.Плохо спать. -Сломанный кран в душе,практически нет горячей воды.Обратился на ресепшн,сказали всё отремонтируют и ничего не сделали. -Завтраки на тройку.Сосиски из «бумаги».Яичница на бесплатный завтрак за 120 руб))Худшие завтраки в Казани по сравнению с другими отелями. -Был ранний выезд.Про ранний завтрак в ресторане и не слышали,предложили за деньги)Но с ресепшена им подсказали,что это бесплатно.

立地やスタッフは良いがネットが不安定なのとシャワーのお湯がチョロチョロとしか出ないのが残念。
カザンのメインストリートから徒歩圏内で立地はそこそこ便利。 レセプションのスタッフは英語が通じてとてもフレンドリーだった。 部屋はやや狭め。ベッドは快適だがスリッパは有料。冷蔵庫もあった。 部屋のwifiが不安定で電波は掴んでいるものの時々インターネット接続が無効になったり速度も遅かった。 バスルームはシャワーブースのみで、シャワーのお湯の水圧が非常に弱かった。

Не советую
Не советую данный отель. Всегда до этой командировке останавливался в Ibis, теперь точно не буду. Шумоизоляция номера ужасная, завтра мало того что постоянно однотипный, так еще и не качественный. Как то вечером спустились в ресторан около 20-30, у нас отказались принять заказ, хотя ресторан работает до 22-00. В номере было ужасно холодно.

Некомпетентность и долгое заселение.
По не объяснимой причине, не нашли полностью оплаченную бронь. Два часа продержав на ресепшен, предложили только один вариант, оплатить заново номер по цене выше, чем было в бронировании. Так как это было уже около 23.00 ночи, искать гостиницу уже не было желания и смысла! К тому же самолёт был в 5 утра... В общем сотрудники отеля сделали все, чтобы впечатления остались самыми плохими об отеле!

Удобное местоположение, но номера требуют ремонта
Расположение отеля очень хорошее. До любого места центральной части города легко добраться пешком. Завтрак не плохой. Но отель не дотягивает и до трех звёзд. В первую очередь из-за состояния номера. Ламинат на полу скрипит, душевая кабина протекает на пол. Швы плитки в ванной "цветут". На вторые сутки пребывания в номере убрались (и поменяли полотенца оставленные на полу) только после звонка на ресепшен.

Центр. И это - главное.
Цель поездки - показать город родственнице-студентке. Отель выбирал по месту расположения (я в Казани бывал, ориентируюсь). Всё рядом, в центре. Можно гулять пешком. Или на прокатных велосипедах (точка тоже рядом). Короче - с местом у отеля всё в порядке. И сам отель - на уровне. Из недостатков - протекающая на пол душевая кабина и отсутствие холодильника в номере (имеющийся сейф почему-то не хочет охлаждать пиво и минералку).

Хороший современный отель
Провел в отеле одну ночь. Отличное расположение, 5 минут от Баумана, 15 минут пешком от ЖД вокзала. Номер был чистый. В отеле есть комната для багажа.
