New High End Guesthouse in Warm Beach, Stanwood, WA.

"The Warm Beach community is a quiet community within four miles to Stanwood Washington. The area is a rural farming area and offers many opportunities to venture out to parks and beaches. Holly’s place is very comfortable with new appliances and a good size living area, bedroom, shower/ bathroom and onsite parking. Holly was a very gracious hostess. Her paintings grace the suite and are only a small sample of her portfolio. She is very accomplished and an interesting lady. We enjoyed everything about our stay at Holly’s Place.and look forward to possibly returning next year."

"This listing was perfect for our family of 5. We loved setting on the back porch looking at the lake. Very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend staying here. We would give it 6 stars if we could. One of the best places we have stayed at. If we come back to the area, we will definitely be staying again."

"Cute & clean, not a speck of dust or hair anywhere in sight and the beach access and kids play area were right across the street. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful ocean views and room to enjoy one another! We had a wonderful time and would love to come back again some day."

"We loved staying at this beach house! It was a perfect family vacation for our family and dog friendly. The property is very convenient to the greater Seattle area, but feels like being on an island due to the secluded nature of this private beach community. We loved using the paddle boards, beach combing, grilling, and playing board games. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Beds were comfortable and there is plenty of seating in the living room to watch a movie on the big screen TV. A special surprise is the little park kitty corner from the property with a swing set and basketball court. Drew was very helpful and clearly cares very much for this longtime family property."

"This was our second visit to this gem of a beach house. Beautiful sunsets right on the beach, hot tub, fire pit, kayaks and paddleboards, gas fireplace, well appointed kitchen- this place has it all! Plenty to do for kids and adults alike. We’ll be back! :)"

McKees Beach House w/ Ocean Views, Hot Tub!

"I really wanted to give this 10/10 as the communication with Anne from Evolve was first rate and the kitchen was so well-stocked, much better than most VRBOs we've stayed at. My reason for knocking some points off is the advertised "Arcade/game room" simply doesn't exist. There is a small cubby under the stairs which had the UNO card game and some very sad looking crayons but that could in no way qualify as a game room. The outside deck and hot tub were our favorite features of the house and the beach is a 1 minute walk away. Be prepared for a typical Washington stony beach (no sandcastle building here) but that didn't stop the kids and braver adults from taking a swim in the bay. All-in-all good value for the price but I think we'll pay a little extra next time for all the bells-and-whistles."
