Rooms were clean but very outdated. Something odd with the plumbing in our rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a usual way to charging your stay it caused our card to freeze.

Hotel with great location in an artificial island . Staff friendly and helpful. Good food . Rooms needs remodeling because looks old and stained. Amenities not always works appropriately. Anyway I consider this hotel a good place for briefs stays at the city.

Room was super clean & big. Had a great view of the Nile. Since our flight leaves later at night, we asked if we could have a late check out. They were fully booked but accommodated our request. My husband came down with a bad cough and we just needed a place to rest. I’m so appreciative to the manager that made this happen.
