  • This is a 3BR/2B mobile home near Kaw Lake, Oklahoma. Sleeps 8-10. Master bedroom has 1 king size bed, Bedroom 2 has 1 full size bed, bedroom 3 has 2 bunk beds with full size beds on bottom & twin beds on top. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, stove, microwave & dishwasher. Washer & dryer on site. 2 TV's with satellite TV. Deck on front of house so you can sit outside with a roof over your head and enjoy the country air. Also has a BBQ grill if you want to grill dinner. Located just 2 miles from Kaw City, Oklahoma on highway 11 on 1 acre of land. Nice quiet country neighborhood. Dogs are welcome with pet deposit. Minimum 2 night stay. 2 miles from Kaw Lake, 10 miles from Ponca City, OK. 30 miles from The Pioneer Woman's Mercantile. At the present time there is no WIFI.

    With the current Covid-19 pandemic going on I feel that this house is the safest way for a family to "go camping" Everything is sanitized and well disinfected after anyone stays here. Please send me an email if you have questions concerning this.

Property and house were very clean. Located central to lake access points. The stay was just fine. The beds were comfortable. Upon arrival, there was a closet door that was open with a rat trap visible, and there was a bucket of rat poison packs left out. Not really a welcome sign because we had a K9 companion with us. The middle bathroom tub was cracked around the drain. For a hunting trip, this is just fine to come in everyday and sleep.

Memorial weekend stay

This house was easy to access either coming from Ponca or leaving the boat ramp. As we spent as much time on the water as we could when we came home we had plenty of space for the whole group to stay comfortably.

Great parking are, plenty of room to park our boat and vehicles, close proximity to lake/boat ramp, dollar general and convenient store right down the road, large front patio, we used the grill every night. Our toddler loved the swing set.

Another wonderful stay

This was our second stay at this property. This experience was just as great as the first one! We love this property, it is so peaceful and quiet. Diana's place is a wonderful place for families and there is plenty of room for everyone. It is nicely stocked with everything that you need to make your stay comfortable. Country living near Kaw Lake

We chose this place because of its proximity to a wedding venue for my son's wedding. We did a lot of cooking and going throughout the day. The home is right next to the neighborhood entrance so that made it easy to come and go. Check in and out process was simple.

Wonderful getaway

We all really enjoyed our stay!! We were all so impressed with the extra stuff that was there for our convenience. We were a little disappointed that the WIFI was not available and it was listed. It was the whole reason we picked this place. HOWEVER, it turned out great because we had a great time!!! The owner even went above and beyond and shipped me some items that I had accidentally left. Highly recommend this place!!!!

Excellent Property and Owners!

This place was amazing! Everything was neat, tidy, and clean. She even let us arrive a bit earlier to check-in, which was so awesome, and the check-in process was super smooth! Location of this property is perfect. We were so close to be able to run to the store if needed, and even to the lake as well as the water park. The fire pit was peaceful, and the large open area in the house made it perfect for us to enjoy our evening there to visit with family and cook out after being on the lake all day. We can’t wait to go back, and hope this place is available! Book it! I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Get a way

There was five of us all women, all over 60. We had a wonderful time, playing games and eating food and just enjoying ourselves. The hiccups that we found were the railing that you climb up the stairs to enter the trailer were loose and coming apart from the post. The floors were sticky when we got there. There were numerous dead huge flies in the master bedroom bathtub that were dead, and we killed two numerous to count. Large flies in the house. we just think the cleaning crew could have done a better job prior to us coming..
