The property looks and feels outdated and poorly maintained. We paid more expecting a true 5-star resort experience, but in reality, it did not even meet the standards of a 3-star property. There were numerous issues throughout our stay, including mold and dirt in the shower, an uncomfortable bed and pillows, and a blanket that appeared dirty. Overall, the resort was very disappointing and did not provide the quality, comfort, or value that was advertised. I would not recommend it, as it was simply not worth the money.
