"This is an old Fortune Classic property, though the management has taken efforts to upgrade, however due to bus stands and depots the traffic is always jam and access to the property is time consuming from all over…people with small luggage can walk nearby to access public transport or cabs nearby rather than calling to the hotel for pick up…"

"A historical building with a large garden located in the city center — perfect for a relaxing morning or evening walk. Blue Ginger at the Taj West End is an excellent restaurant, offering delicious food in a uniquely charming setting. However, the room cleanliness was below expectations for a hotel of this standard, as I found hair in the bathroom upon check-in."
"The room is spacious, clean, and quiet, with everything you need. Early check-in is available, breakfast is included, and you can wash up to four pieces of clothing per day. The location is quite central, and the restaurant on the 21st floor offers amazing food with a great city view."
