The apartment consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa-bed and a smart TV, a kitchen with all its appliances, a separate bedroom with a wide bed, and a bathroom. Due to the layout of the apartment, up to 4 people can comfortably stay here. And thanks to the windows in the apartment, arranged in such a way that the sun reaches the apartment constantly, the rooms are always full of natural light, which will never make you feel gloomy. Sladkevičiaus Street, which is just a few meters from the main street of the old town - Vilniaus Street. The location of this apartment will not allow you to miss the hustle and bustle of the city, while also allowing you to observe this old town life from the side. The old town itself is full of the history of the city of Kaunas and beautiful architecture, so every visit to the neighbourhood of this apartment will not disappoint you. In the old town, you will find everything: beauty salons, clothing stores, handicraft shops, regular grocery stores, restaurants and cafes of all countries' cuisines, bars, and places serving nightlife lovers. As for the lovers of history, you can also visit attractions within easy reach, such as Laisvės Alley, the historical Presidency of the Republic of Lithuania, the Town Hall, Kaunas Castle, Santaka Park and many other places. You can reach many places of leisure, shops and eateries just on foot. If you need to reach a further area, you can always use public transport, using the public transport schedules and the ticketing apps "Trafi", and "Žiogas" you will reach any area of Kaunas without any problems. During the warm season, the "Bolt" and "CityBee" apps offer to rent electric scooters, and bicycles, and to drive in their various rental cars all year round. And if you plan to use your transport, you will find more than one gas station in the neighbourhood of center of Kaunas. The parking space is also taken care of, you can park your vehicle in the yard right next to the apartment. The apartment is on the first floor, and getting to the apartment does require climbing stairs. No shoes inside the apartments No parties or gatherings The limit of people in the apartment is the number of people mentioned in the reservation—no extra guests. Children of all ages are allowed. There's nothing sophisticated about the apartment, as mentioned in the title. The place is a 3-Star at best, is run down, the couch smells bad, the chairs in the photos have been replaced with 2 that are dirty and ripped.The customer service was very bad. I added my brother to the booking and paid the additional fee (60), then I asked for a bottom sheet for the couch and 2 pillow cases (since there were only 2 for the main bed).The response was that 2 pillow cases (in total) were already provided and that there were blankets in the house for the couch. So we had to use a planet to cover the stinking couch and use 1 pillow per person. Hard to believe. After the back and forth I was told to go get 2 pillow cases from a closet in the building but to be careful because they're all counted for. Quite humiliating. ##### Rob B.
