The apartment is self is 30 sq. m, has a bedroom, a living room with kitchen and a bathroom. There is a free wi-fi and a dedicated working space (desk and a chair)  
  
The apartment is fully equipped for a perfect stay for 4 persons without any hassles.

Raudondvario pl. 190A-30 is located in the Vilijampolė district of Kaunas, an area known for its balance between urban convenience and natural surroundings. Positioned along one of the city's main arteries, Raudondvario Plentas, this neighborhood offers easy access to the city center while maintaining a quieter residential atmosphere. The area is well-served by public transportation, with bus connections making travel to other parts of Kaunas convenient.  
  
Within a 1.5 km radius of this location, you can find:  
  
Lampėdžiai Lake and Beach – A popular recreational area just 1 km away, Lampėdžiai Lake offers a sandy beach, walking and cycling trails, and a wakeboarding park, making it an excellent spot for outdoor activities in all seasons.  
  
Vilijampolė Market – Located about 1.3 km away, this local market provides fresh produce, meats, and everyday essentials, offering a traditional shopping experience for residents looking for high-quality local goods.  
  
Maxima XX Supermarket – Just 1.5 km from the address, this large grocery store ensures convenient shopping for household needs, with a broad selection of food, beverages, and daily essentials.  
  
The neighborhood is ideal for those seeking a mix of urban living and nature, with nearby parks and green spaces providing opportunities for relaxation and recreation.  
  
You can reach many places of leisure, shops and eateries just on foot. If you need to reach a further area, you can always use public transport, using the public transport schedules and the ticketing apps "Trafi", "Žiogas" you will reach any area of Kaunas without any problems. During the warm season, the "Bolt" and "CityBee" apps offer to rent electric scooters, bicycles, and to drive in their various rental cars all year round. And if you plan to use your own transport, you will find more than one gas station in the center of Kaunas. You can also always park your transport in nearby paid parking lots.  
  
The apartment is located on the second floor, so climbing stairs is a must. There is no elevator.  
No shoes inside the apartments  
No parties or gatherings  
The limit of people in the apartment is the number of people mentioned in the reservation—no extra guests.  
Children of all ages are allowed.  
Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed.  
Pets are allowed (Extra charges will apply). The guest must collect pet droppings.  
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.  
Guest must wash their used dishes and take out the garbage before their check-out  
Pet fee - 10€ / night for each pet  
Guests are forbidden to move all furniture (except chairs)  
The apartment is prepared with one set of bedding on the bed, regardless of bed size. Additional bedding, bed linen, and towels for the remaining guests mentioned on the reservation are stored in the apartment (in the sofa bed compartment or wardrobe) for you to use and arrange as needed.
