"The Host didn’t respond to our questions, apartment was dirty (especially the bathroom), we received the key way too late and had to ask locals for help, the key wasn’t in the lockbox as the host told us, we missed one blanket and the kitchen was stocked poorly (supplies), hairdryer and shampoo was not in the apartment as supposed…"
