It was a great location and the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. One thing they desperately need are irons. For an establishment like this to not have one is poor. Especially as people come there for weddings etc.

Hotel staff was great! Always willing to help and guide us on what to do, where to go and also brought a lot of experience on what would make our experience better. They go out of their way to accommodate and help. Breakfast was delicious and one of the best I’ve had and it by itself was a great experience. Room and hotel made the whole stay in chania perfect, as it feels you are staying in part of history with all the amenities and it is a well kept property.

The staff were extremely professional and helpful. Always with a smile and went out of their way to ensure you had a good stay. The rooms, pool, breakfast areas are spotlessly clean with excellent accommodating cleaners. Everything within easy walking distance. A really lovely vacation.

Stayed here for 3 nights on arrival to Crete and was so pleasantly surprised to find this gem just outside of the main city with free underground parking, an enormous breakfast brought to your room each morning, spotless accommodations, menu with more than enough options, a spa with excellent service (Maria was the most pleasant and professional masseuse), comfortable beds and views along with staff always happy and helpful. This boutique hotel should set an example for all! Would recommend staying here if ever visiting Crete. Vasa and Georgia and ALL the workers are exceptional and we feel privileged to have met them and stayed at this Beautiful resort.
