"Very dirty hallway and room, staff is useless bad customer service. Breakfast buffet is terrible and you have to wait for 20-30 minutes to be sitted then you want coffee and well that never arrives unless you want sock juice coffee. It’s not a 5 star hotel staff would rather speak on the phone than help clients"
