Parking right outside was great and the gardens and pool area was lovely. Also sometimes its thelittle things that help so Ididsomewashing and itwasgreat that there were pegs available tohang the washing. Overall we had a great stay in a spacious andclean room.

This place needs some help. Staff were great doing their best. Don't think the room we were given had been occupied for a while. The floors were gritty and our feet went black from the dirt on the floor. No tea spoons only paddle sticks/ just three small glasses.No wine glasses. The Ironing board was broken and the shower with the wrap around flimsy plastic curtain stuck to you while having a shower. Big step up into the room from outside. Catches you by surprise if you are not careful stepping out. Bit of a safety issue for older people. Basic 2.5 stars!

Overall, pretty Good!
My husband and I stayed one night. We were kindly upgraded to a larger room which was huge. The room itself was very clean and had everything we needed. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom however could do with enlarging and a whole new fitout. The grounds were very well kept and beautifully green. We had dinner at the restaurant which was terrific.

Good location for my needs. My second stay; and very comfortable beds. Might be time to get rid of those pesky shower screens !

For the price charged you would expect that the amenities would be in better condition. Bathroom had tiles that were ready to fall off the wall, hot water in the shower only worked when it felt like it!

The beds were super comfy, rooms clean, good quality airconditioners and the pool area and gardens had been cleaned up since my last visit. We come every year for the Katherine Birthday Carnival. I did not like the fridge in room #13 as it was not functional, it had a shelf missing in the fridge and a shelf missing in the door whicjmh meant we had to stack food items on top of each other.
