Great place for solo travellers. Comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent staff and proprietor who always make you feel happy and content. Superb location.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the surrounding area. For other travellers, I’d recommend checking the room options when booking and considering what facilities are most important to you. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good choice for a relaxing trip. I would be happy to stay here again.

Lovely family

The two bedroomed apartment was spacious and ideal for our family of four. We arrived from the airport late and had to call a number for someone to give us our keys but he was there within 5 mins. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed a morning swim before departing on our travels. Would recommend.

Great place to stay, right on the beach but handy for other places such as restaurants. Relaxing with friendly and attentive staff.

I arrived at 1am after my flight was delayed and the owner was still waiting up to greet me. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet, with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty with fresh coconut juice, fried eggs and sausages, and fruit. It’s just 15 minutes to Colombo airport so very handy for a stopover. We enjoyed our stay in Emel Boutique very much and plan to stay there again when we visit Sri Lanka in the future. The staff are very friendly and nothing was too much for them. They catered for what ever food we wanted. The place is clean and we felt like being at home as it was so relaxing. We felt much happier staying at Emel Boutique Hotel than staying in other big hotels. We would certainly recommend this place to others specially if you want a relaxing holiday. If you need to go on trips...

This place is ideal for airport transfers etc, it's a really pleasant place, the staff are nice, the room was very good and clean. There's a nice restaurant next door too. We only stayed 1 night and didn't explore the area much, but it seemed well located for shops and wasn't noisy during the night. c
