This newly renovated apartment in the traditional stone house is located first row to the sea. It has an exclusive access to two big terraces with the spectacular sea view, 100 m2 each. It's also just 3 min walking to the beautiful beach. For your convenience, we also provide two free private parking spots. Book this apartment and treat yourself to a memorable holiday in Kastel Stari! \*\*\*\* About the apartment: You'll love to stay in this modern and comfortable two-bedroom apartment with the beautiful sea view. It's located on the first floor in a renovated dalmatian traditional stone house at the seafront. Apartment is 80 m2 size, has two bedrooms, spacious living room, kitchen and dining area, one bathroom and two terraces, each 100 m2 with the sea view. Please note terraces are not suitable for kids. You'll have a great temperature control as it has two air-condition units - one in the living room and second one in the master bedroom. Everything Kastel Stari has to offer is within just few minutes walking from the apartment - restaurants, caffe bars, beach… Round pebble beach is just 3 min walking from the apartment. Living room has large Smart LCD TV with cable channels, cozy large sofa and air-condition unit. Master bedroom has one comfortable double bed and a LED TV. Second bedroom has two cozy single beds and also a LED TV. Kitchen is equipped with two stoves, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal. Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer. We provide two free parking spots in the yard of the house. You also get Wi-Fi high-speed internet, iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels, all free of charge. Baby cot and baby high chair can also be arranged free of charge, please contact in advance.
