Find the Best Kastela Bed and Breakfast

"We needed a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Maybe I missed the fine print, but was informed too late to change my reservation that the shuttle service was only to the airport, not from the airport. Hotel seemed recently constructed. So new that our room did yet have its refrigerator installed. There was a TV with no power. The AC/furnace did not work as the sliding patio door sensor always sensed the door as open. The hot water was intermittent. They used old school door keys with a key lock on boths sides of the door! One had to lock themselves into the room from the inside. If one person left, you had to lock the other person into the room with no escape other than out the balcony! Can you say fire hazard!?"

"The apartment was really spacious, clean and well located. It was just a few minutes walk to the seaside boardwalk and only 15 minutes drive to the airport. Parking was right out front. The owner immediately greeted us upon arrival. Unfortunately, we booked this apartment for only 1 night because we were at the end of our holiday but we would have liked to stay there longer. "

"We had a wonderful family gathering at the villa with plenty to do there to suit all ages. Everything was spotlessly clean and our hosts were super helpful. The train station is a few minutes walk away and made it an easy and cheap way to explore the area. The train line does run in front of the villa but the trains didn’t bother us at all. You probably need a car for food shopping but it’s very easy to call a taxi or Uber. I can highly recommend. "

"The description of this property is spot on! So spacious and the most stunning, beautiful sea views. Villa Kosta had everything we had hoped for and more. The air con worked great in every room. WiFi was good, spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. But the best thing about this Villa were the fantastic Hosts Suzie and Tommo. They truly care that you have the best experience when visiting their villa and their country. They met us at the airport initially so we could follow them back to the Villa. However, after delayed flights and unhelpful hire car staff, they personally transported us to their villa and helped to sort out our car hire troubles. We arrived late, tired and hungry but Suzie had provided a table of food and drinks in the fridge for us to enjoy. Suzie is the most attentive host I have ever come across, she could not have done more for us. The pool is big and although not heated, it did not stop my family enjoying a refreshing dip. Lovely out door space with sunbeds, lounge seating, pool table and bbq area. Each room is spacious with king size bed, en-suite bathroom and sea view balconies (all but one bedroom). There is a useful laundry room with a downstairs toilet and the kitchen diner was a central gathering space for feeding hungry grown up kids!!Croatia is beautiful, there is so much to explore and Villa Kosta is the perfect base to do it."

"Excellent apartment. Well equipped and spotlessly clean including the private hot tub and pool. Mate, the owner is onsite and gave us excellent recommendations for tours and restaurants (he even gave us a tour of the local area in his car and his son took us to the supermarket)! Great setting with sea views, lots of space and walking distance to supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended. "
