The location was terrific with a short walk to the Riva and palace. Shopping and restaurants were plentiful. The apartment is very comfortable with a user friendly kitchen area and all the necessary comforts. The area is very quiet. I would definitely stay again.

Exceptional! The staff was especially helpful with check in, attractions to see, free welcome cocktails and munchies. The room was very very nice and comfortable and very quiet given we faced the courtyard. The location of the hotel is also where all the action was. I would stay here agsin!

Free parking was the most important benefit of this hotel. The room and the furniture were dated. The restaurant was deserted and we had to order pizza from outside on our arrival night. TV was not operational, no hand soap in the room, no tissue paper in the room, the bathroom vent fan was broken and was extremely load and would stay on long after you turned it off. When these issues were brought up at the front desk, as helpful as the receptionist was, he was unable to solve for them. His response was that management and maintenance work Monday to Friday. It just happened that we were there Saturday and Sunday.

"I booked a premium ocean view room for 2 nights with a balcony. On the first night of the day, a concert started around 5 pm just outside my window at a venue.
