Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
The location and view are excellent, especially the sunrise, which was probably the best part of the stay. Unfortunately, the condition and cleanliness of the room were very disappointing. The mattress was completely torn at the bottom, and we were given a used, dirty towel. These are basic things that should not be overlooked, especially considering the price being charged. For the amount you pay, I expected a much cleaner and better-maintained room. The property definitely needs to improve its housekeeping and room maintenance. Also, there are not many shops or facilities nearby, so keep that in mind before booking. Great location and beautiful views, but the room quality and cleanliness did not match the price at all.
