Our stay at Baikunth Resorts, Kasauli, was truly an exceptional experience from beginning to end. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. . The service never felt mechanical or routine; there was a sincere effort from the entire team to ensure that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay.
Another aspect that really impressed us was the management’s evident interest in maintaining the property and preserving its character. Baikunth is spread across an amazing seven-acre property, and there is a wonderful sense of space, greenery, peace, and natural beauty throughout the resort. I
The food deserves a special mention as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals during the stay. The quality was excellent, and there was a noticeable emphasis on freshness, flavour, and presentation.
We were also impressed by the quality of the amenities. The spa, in particular, was a wonderful addition to the stay and provided exactly the kind of relaxation one hopes for during a getaway to Kasauli.
What makes Baikunth particularly special, however, is the combination of its beautiful seven-acre setting, excellent facilities, quality food, and, most importantly, its people. The staff’s attitude and willingness to help made a lasting impression on us.
We will definitely be going back to Baikunth Resorts, Kasauli. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained property with excellent hospitality, beautiful surroundings and quality amenities.
