Perfect vacations in Villa Yahvi
We spent perfect week with our friends in Villa Yahvi. Contact with owner was very quick and clear. Property manager Muhammet was very hospitality, he welkome us in the properties and we have simply contact with him by Whatsapp. Villa is well equipped and clean, located in quit surrounding on the hill, view is really amazing.

Fantastic stay in Villa Yahvi
We have just returned from a great two weeks at Vila Yahvi. All 5 of us had a tremendous time and are looking to return if possible next year. On arrival the villa was immaculately clean and there was everything we could have wanted. The welcome pack was the best we have ever received in a villa. The beds were so comfortable that we all had difficulties waking up in the morning sometimes. The air-con in all of the bedrooms worked great, but the blinds in all of the rooms worked so good that we didn't have the air-con on in the bedrooms very much at all. We had never seen these types of Blinds before and we are now looking into getting these blinds in our own house they were that good The pool area was so comfortable that we spent most of the time out there, eating breakfast and lunch there everyday. The Sunbeds were really comfortable as was the outside sofa area. The Pool area was cleaned nearly every morning and was so clean. The views from the terrace and the infinity pool looking out over Kalkan was beautiful, It was so nice both during the day and on a night, we used to spend an hour every night sitting looking out over Kalkan Bay with a G&T and a Tuborg. Some of the other highlights of our holiday were Falcon Boat trip, absolutely stunning Boat and great food and service. We had some fantastic meals from Rose Restaurant, Yunis and his Mother Rose were so welcoming. We also had Turkish Breakfast at Adam's Place, it was superb. Muhammet, the Manager of the Villa was really helpful, even meeting us at the Petrol Station on his Scooter to escort us to the Villa when we arrived. He called in a few times during our visit just to make sure everything was OK, which it was. We had a top to bottom clean of the villa mid-stay, 4 cleaners arrived and went through the villa so thoroughly and so quickly we didn't really notice they were there. Pardeep was so helpful with everything that we needed to know and would answer our queries within minutes sometimes. Thanks for letting us use your stunning Villa and we look forward to renting it again sometime. Thanks again for everything.

Exactly as described, very enjoyable
Enjoyed our stay at Villa Yahvi, nice place and extremely obliging owner to deal with. The villa is relatively new, well kept, modern and minimalist with very effective air-con. The pool & outdoor areas are excellent and spacious with great views down to the coast, as are all the views from the villa. The walk up & down some steep rough roads from & to the shops/ great restaurants/lovely centre was pretty hot work in the high temperatures , but 15TL (approx’£2.50) for the ready available taxis is an easy alternative. Appreciated the welcome pack. Thanks Pardeep!

Lovely villa in beautiful Kalkan
Villa Yahvi had everything we needed for our holiday. Good location only 10 min walk to old town and supermarkets BIM and Migros nearby. Billy the property manager was great and fresh bread was delivered daily which was a nice touch. Also the villa being cleaned with fresh bedding and towels three times during our stay was welcomed. From booking the villa everything ran smoothly with Pardeep also arranging our return transfers to the airport. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa Yahvi. Kalkan as always was fantastic although a bit quiter than in previous years. Plenty of lovely restaurants, Paprika, Baharat to name a couple and great cocktails in Limelight, Shade Lounge, The Fountain and Black and Gold.

Wonderful views and very relaxing!
The property had everything you could want and more for a fantastic holiday. Billy was so helpful and even programmed the local taxi firm into the mobile supplied at the villa to save us trying to explain where we were located. Everything was as discribed and we can't recommend the villa highly enough. We will definatelly be returning.
