Villa Feride is a brand new luxury villa in Kalkan town centre. It is located in Kalkan centre just 5 minutes walking distance to the sea, beaches, restaurants and shops. It is one of the best villas in kalkan town centre with sea view and private pool. It has been built very modern and luxury both inside and out. The outside space is fabulous as there is a large pool with stunning views overlooking Kalkan sea and plenty of space around it to relax on the sun-loungers provided.
The Space:
Villa Feride has fabulous sea views, meaning you’ll have access to fantastic views during your stay at the villa.
Pool Terrace :
Sunbathing area, Private swimming pool, Private garden, BBQ, Sunshade, Parasols, Outside al-fresco dining area is also provided.

Kitchen :
The amazing kitchen is situated off the lounge area and its large and well equipped. Set to the side of the lounge is a raised dining area with a large square table and comfortable dining chairs (Seats 6). The kitchen is modern and well designed.
The kitchen is equipped with: oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pans and glasses.
Lounge :
It has high quality marble floor throughout the spacious, light and airy lounge with comfortable luxury sofas and armchairs seating six. There is a flat screen TV with satellite TV available and DVD player too. The lounge is designed for your comfort and relaxation.
The utility room has a washing machine, iron & ironing board and is accessed via the kitchen. There is a downstairs cloakroom on this floor as well.

Ground Floor
Bedroom 1 is a twin bedroom with an en-suite facilities. There is a wardrobe, vanity, and air-con. This room has access to pool terrace as well.
First Floor
Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with an en-suite. There is a wardrobe, vanity unit, and air-con. This room has a private balcony with stunning sea views.
Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom with an en-suite. There is a wardrobe, vanity unit, and air-con. This room has a private balcony with stunning ocean views.
