Villa Akdeniz is located in Kalkan Kışla Bay just 5 minutes walk from Kalkan Beach Park ranked fourth among top attractions in Kalkan by Trip Advisor. It offers a facinating sea view from its terrace and balconies. It has a heated private pool for the guests who would like to enjoy swimming during winter and spring.
Interiors are very bright with luxuary furniture and full kitchenette with lots of wall-to-wall French windows. The sunny pool terrace on the first level has a good-sized private pool, sun-loungers, sun-shed seating area, dining table (seats 6). Side garden also has a sitting area with dinning table (seats 6). Roof terrace is furnished with outdoor seating with fabulous sea view and a kitchenette. The second floor owns and extra kitchen for the ones who would like to use second floor garden area for chilling out and a stone oven barbecue dinner.
